Refund Policy

Some Mount Patti registrations and partnership applications require processing or registration fees. Unless clearly stated otherwise, registration and application fees marked as non-refundable will not be refunded after payment.

Race Registration Fees

Talent Hunt Race and related event registration fees marked as non-refundable are used for administrative processing, review and event preparation.

Hotel Partner Fees

Hotel partner registration fees are based on hotel star rating and are subject to admin review. Commission on lodging is negotiable and handled separately.

Sponsorship Contributions

Sponsorship, donation and fundraising contributions are handled according to the agreed sponsorship terms.

Payment Errors

If a duplicate or wrong payment is made, the applicant should contact the admin team with valid evidence for review.
